Premier Designs stands behind every piece of jewelry they sell. If there is a manufacturing defect (excluding normal wear and tear) detected withing 60 days of ownership on any item, Premier will replace it at no charge. If there is a defect after 60 days, there will be a small service charge of $5+tax for each item that needs replaced.

If Premier Designs no longer makes the item they will give you a credit for the original cost. The small service fee of $5+tax will still be in place.
